HOW CAN I PAY?

TJ Motorsport offer the following forms of payment:

HOW DO I AMEND/CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via email or by phone (0044 1656 818804) within 12 hours quoting your order number. If your order has already been dispatched then please follow the returns policy.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping Rates are calculated automatically for UK. For the rest of world we can supply accurate shipping quotes on request.

CAN TJ MOTORSPORT SHIP WORLDWIDE?

TJ Motorsport can ship to the vast majority of countries but due to insurance policy restrictions we are unable to ship to Canada and USA.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY IN MY COUNTRY?

If you're having an order delivered overseas (outside of the UK) then you will be liable for import duties once it arrives. All orders are sent DAP, which means that the relevant authorities in your country will be in contact with you for collection of the items and payment of the duties. Please be aware that there may be instances where customs agents may inspect the package on arrival in the country, which may lead to a slight delay, as well as some of the packaging being opened.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes. This must be arranged in advance ensuring all products are in stock as we are predominantly a mail order business.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

TJ Motorsport will contact you immediately by email or phone to confirm your item(s) are out of stock and advise you of estimated dispatch times.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Most purchases by consumers are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. TJ Motorsport is legally obliged to inform the consumers about their right of cancellation before the purchase.

Consumers on receipt of goods, whether being delivered by a courier or collecting in person are to thoroughly examine the goods for damage within 24 hours. If delivered by a courier then the consumer is to make a note of the damage to the goods on the courier’s receipt. If this process is not carried out then it is unlikely that the courier will accept any responsibility and a replacement will not be supplied.

If there are any other issues with the product, e.g. incorrect item supplied then please contact us in the first instance. We will replace with the correct item at our cost.

If the consumer decides they no longer want the product supplied (unless special order item or manufactured to your specification) within 14 days of receipt (including weekends); then they have the right to return to us for a full refund, exchange or credit. Delivery back to TJ Motorsport will be at the cost of the consumer and the refund will not cover the initial delivery charge. All products must be returned in as new condition with original packaging, manuals and/or instructions.

If the consumer wishes to return any goods supplied after the 14 days this must be negotiated with TJ Motorsport and returned at the cost of the consumer. A 25% handling charge will be deducted from any refund given.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please ensure you retain your proof of posting as you may require it in the event of submitting a claim against your courier.
