HOW IT STARTED...

Established in 2000 by Tim and Julie Jones, TJ Motorsport are extremely proud to have been trading for 25 years. A keen passion for motorsport that was first ignited in Tim by his father, travelling all over the UK with his brother watching rallying, rallycross and scrambling. Following international drivers, from the 80s and 90's to include Hannu Mikkola, Pentti Arrikala, Jimmy McRae, Russell Brooks, David Llewelyn and Ari Vatanen. 

'Pitch dark in the middle of Brechfa forest, you hear the cars in the distance, the excitement builds, the whistle blows, lights appear and the sound of the classics flying past'.

It wasn't all about the big teams we spent many weekends at Pembrey and Epynt watching the likes of John Price, Peter Lloyd and Geoff Kitney driving Renault 5's, Mk2 Escorts and Darrians at high speed, relishing the thick smell of Duckhams oil in the air.

Julie having spent over 30 years in Retail, manages the day to day running of the business ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount in everything we do. This is reflected in the excellent reviews we receive from UK and International customers.

WHAT WE DO...

Committed to selling high quality and well developed products at competitive prices for road and motorsport we work with many top Suppliers to include Magnum Car Panels, Bilstein, Rix Engineering, Ralloy and so on. The parts we supply have been proven over many years to be reliable and strong especially for motorsport use.

Utilsing in excess of 30 years engineering experience whilst working closely with Fabrication and Machining companies across the UK we are able to assist clubs and forums in re-producing specialist components in small batches to keep your classic on the road. Some recent examples are lightweight upgraded 4 and 5 stud conversion hubs from Classic Vauxhall/Opels.
